5-APDB also referred to by other names including 5-(2-Aminopropyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran, BF5AP, 3-Desoxy-MDA is an entactogen drug that is found in the phenethylamine and amphetamine classes. It is known to be an analog of MDA that replaces the heterocyclic 3-position oxygen from the 3,4-methylenedioxy ring with methylene group. 5-APDB is an analogue of 6-APDB where the 4-position oxygen has been replaced by a methylene bridge instead.
